Wellness Writing Taster

Energise your team with a Wellness Writing taster session. Perfect for staff development days or a pre-holiday treat, this session (adapted to your needs) will get everyone feeling relaxed and energised!

This includes:

  • A questionnaire to help me plan a targeted session
  • A ten-minute booking call to touch base and discuss any specific requirements
  • A Wellness Writing session delivered in person (choose from a 1.5 or 3 hour session)
  • A free action plan with tips and tricks to implement Well-being Writing sessions going forward

Wellness VIP Package

Take a sustained approach to wellness at work with a block of six Wellness writing sessions, specifically targeted to meet the needs of your team: boosting morale, developing resilience and giving participants the opportunity to strengthen their relationships in a supportive and safe space.

The Wellness VIP Package includes:

  • A questionnaire to help me plan a targeted session
  • A half-hour booking call to touch base and discuss any specific requirements
  • Six one-and-a-half-hour Wellness Writing sessions delivered in person
  • Weekly email updates on how the sessions are progressing
  • the opportunity for participants to get personal, actionable feedback on their weekly writing tasks
  • A free action plan with tips and ticks to implement Well-being Writing sessions going forward

About Me

Hi, I’m Gen! I’m an experienced writing coach based in Shetland and I’ve seen with my own eyes the impact that Wellness Writing sessions can have on people’s confidence and well-being. Having worked with a wide range of groups – from high school students to Hungarian soldiers to elders in care settings  – I’m skilled at adapting my approach to suit the needs of different audiences and helping them to feel relaxed and positive.

I decided to come to Gen’s Well-being Writing as it seemed an opportunity to do something fun during the dark winter months in Shetland which would be good for my mental wellbeing.

Having not written anything since leaving school in the mid 1990’s, I went to this class intrigued at how things would take shape.
